Refund Policy

At Filozof Training Centre, we strive to provide the highest quality training programs to our clients. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your enrollment. Our refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for obtaining a refund.
1. General Refund Terms
We may collect personal information from you in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when you visit our Site, register on the Site, enroll in a course, subscribe to our newsletter, or fill out a form. The types of personal information we may collect include:
Cancellation by Filozof Training Centre:
- If a course or training session is canceled by Filozof Training Centre, you will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
Cancellation by Participant:
- Up to 14 Days Before Course Start Date: Full refund of the registration fee.
- Between 7 to 14 Days Before Course Start Date: 50% refund of the registration fee.
- Less than 7 Days Before Course Start Date: No refund.
2. Refund Process
Request Submission:
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service team via email at hello@filozof.ae
- The request must include the participant’s name, course name, and the reason for the cancellation.
Processing Time:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the request.
Payment Method:
- Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. If the original payment method is not available, alternative arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
Registration fees for certain special programs, workshops, or materials may be non-refundable. These will be clearly indicated at the time of registration.
4. Transfer Policy
Participants may request to transfer their enrollment to another course or session of equal value at no additional charge, provided the request is made at least 7 days before the original course start date. Transfer requests made less than 7 days before the course start date may incur a transfer fee.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds for exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Participants must provide appropriate documentation to support their request.
